Food

ISA school fees include provision of warm lunches for the students. Two different main courses are offered (one of these being vegetarian), along with soup, a salad bar and dessert or fruit which are all offered on a daily basis.
Gluten free and lactose free main courses are also available as well as other food-allergy requirements. We also respect diet requests for different cultures.

In order to offer good quality products, some entrees are delivered fresh and prepared in our own kitchen. The remaining choices are prepared and delivered by IGS Catering Service.

Lunch is served by our ISA lunch ladies.

We place high value on products that are regionally purchased, quality ingredients (partly organic) and fresh preparation. Because of our acquired EU admission, we are subject to special food monitoring.

Our processes are strictly adapted to the HACCP-Concept.
