Admissions Process
Our admissions process is clear and supportive. Here’s what you can expect at each step:
1. School Tour
We invite prospective families to visit our campus. If an in-person visit is not possible, we can arrange a virtual tour. During the tour, you will learn about our international curriculum, the IB Diploma Programme, and the expectations we hold for our students.
2. Application Submission
Apply online through OpenApply. The application requires detailed student information, educational history, school reports, parent information, and medical records. A non-refundable application fee of 150€ is due upon submission.
3. Assessment Day
If we determine that ISA is a good fit, your child will be invited for an assessment day. Students will experience a day at ISA, and participate in grade-level assessments in both English and mathematics. Feedback from our teachers will be shared with you after the assessment day, and a decision will typically be made within two weeks.
4. Enrollment
If accepted, you will be required to sign the school contract and receive an acceptance letter. Your child’s place at ISA will be confirmed once this is complete.
School Fees
ISA is a non-profit organization, and our financial planning is done on an annual basis. In addition to the application fee, other costs include:
- Application Fee: A non-refundable fee of 150€ is required upon submission of the application.
- School Investment Fee: A one-time fee that helps fund the continuous development of our facilities and resources.
- Annual Tuition: Yearly tuition fees vary depending on the student's grade level.
Financial Assistance
At ISA, we understand that education costs can be significant. To help families in need, we offer a School Fee Reduction Program that adjusts the annual tuition fees and the one-time School Investment Fee based on financial eligibility.
This program does not cover additional costs such as the application fee, registration fee, or other fees related to school activities. Interested families must submit an application with detailed financial information to determine eligibility.
