Whistleblower System

At ISA, we are committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity, respect, and legal compliance. To maintain these standards, we have established a Whistleblower Policy that allows our community to report any suspected illegal or unethical behaviour.

Why Your Report Matters

ISA is dedicated to creating a safe and transparent environment for all. By reporting misconduct, you help us protect our values and ensure that our community remains respectful and fair. Your vigilance contributes directly to the wellbeing of everyone at ISA.

How to Report

We provide a secure and confidential way to report concerns through our electronic whistleblower system, managed by Trusty. You can choose to remain anonymous if you prefer. Please provide as much detail as possible to help us conduct a thorough investigation.

To submit a report:

  • Access the Trusty whistleblower system here.
  • Fill out the form with relevant details.
  • Submit your report anonymously or include your contact details for follow-up

Confidentiality and Protection

ISA is committed to protecting whistleblowers from any form of retaliation. Reports made in good faith will be treated with the highest level of confidentiality. Your trust and safety are paramount to us.

Your Responsibility

While we encourage the reporting of misconduct, it is important that reports are accurate and made in good faith. Deliberately false reports can have serious consequences for those involved, including potential legal action. Please approach this responsibility with care.

Data Protection

ISA safeguards the privacy of all parties involved in the whistleblowing process. Personal data will be handled in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Information may be withheld during investigations, but legal obligations may require eventual disclosure.
For more details on data handling, see our Data Protection Page.

Additional Reporting Channels

ISA employees may also report concerns directly to their supervisors. We encourage you to use the reporting channel that best suits your situation.
